Winterfold Records
Well known for his work in progressive rock with Yes, King Crimson, and Genesis, drummer Bill Bruford’s own recording career falls broadly into two halves. His rock orientated music from 1977 to 1986 is available from Winterfold Records, while Summerfold Records archives his many collaborations in jazz and world music from 1987 to the present.
Winterfold Records, established in 2003, releases Bill’s work with the band Bruford and keyboard player Patrick Moraz. Initially the label re-released the existing albums from the period 1978-1987 with fresh bonus tracks, but it continues to provide the ideal outlet for previously unavailable live and bootleg material from the Bruford vaults.
